Reception opening hours

We have a friendly and professional reception team who can be contacted by phone or email 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to answer any questions or concerns that you may have. Our breakfast staff are also available from 07:00-10:00 each day.

What are the check-in & check-out times?

Check-in is from 15:00 pm, check-out time is at 11:00 am. Sadly early check-in is not possible.

What type of rates do you offer?

We offer both refundable and non-refundable rates. Refundable rates give you more flexibility in case you need to modify or cancel your reservation.

Non-refundable reservation offers you a more economic rate, charges may occur anytime after the reservation, cancellations are not possible, the guest will be charged the total price if they cancel.

What is the cancellation policy?

Standard rates: If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Non-refundable rates: The total price of the reservation will be charged and is non-refundable.

Parking facility and policy

There is a parking area right in front of the hotel, as we are in the city centre, parking fees apply: 170 ISK/hour weekdays: from 9:00 am to 18:00 pm, Saturday: from 10:00 am to 16:00 pm, Sunday and holidays are free of charge.

There is limited free parking is down one side of Ægisgata Street which is 500 meters from the Hotel. Please note that it´s a subject to availability, you cannot park over the driveways and 5 meters away from the corners.

Do I need a credit card to make a reservation?

A valid credit card number is required to guarantee all reservations.

What cards are accepted for guaranteeing reservations?

We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, Maestro.

I wish to my airport transfer, day-tours and activities prior to my arrival, can you assist us?
