Hotel Hilda is now a self check-in hotel. That means that there is no personnel at a reception but we have a friendly and professional reception team who can be contacted by phone from 8 am to 8 pm and by email from 8 pm to 8 am, 7 days a week, to answer any questions or concerns that you may have.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we are not serving breakfast since our breakfast room is very small and we cannot guarantee sufficient distance between guests. We hope you appreciate our effort in prioritizing the safety of our guests. There are many cafés serving breakfast in downtown Reykjavik which is only a 5 minute walk from the hotel.
All guests receive an email 2 days prior to arrival that contains the following check-in information: Hotel Entrance code, Room number & Room Key Code. There are various signs in the hotel to lead your way to your room. You can use the elevator only for luggage, not for people.
